An Italian heritage, plus twenty years viticultural experience in the King Valley have finally led Fred and Katrina Pizzini into wine making. With their passion for food and hospitality the intention is to develop wine styles particularly suited to food, specialising in Italian grape varieties and wine making. Experimentation with clones, the continual search for the perfect oak to suit each wine style and Fred’s passion for Italian wine styles will certainly help Pizzini to become the leaders in the production of fine Italian varietal wines.
